Hi, I’m Alican, the founder of Pilotium.
Ever since I was young, I’ve been fascinated by aviation—the people, the aircraft, and the unique lifestyle that comes with working in this incredible industry. Like many others, my own journey into aviation was filled with excitement, but also challenges. I realized how difficult it can be to find the right information, guidance, and support at each stage of building an aviation career.

That’s why I created Pilotium: to be the platform I wish I had when I first started.
