Coaching Formats

Mentoring sessions are primarily delivered online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, allowing flexible scheduling and access to mentors regardless of location.

Where location, availability, and suitability allow, face-to-face sessions may also be arranged. These are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure professionalism, practicality, and mutual agreement between mentor and mentee.
