Refund Policy

1. Pilotium Pro memberships

 

1. Pilotium Pro (EUR 19.99 per month) and Pilotium Pro Annual (EUR 199 per year) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

 

2. You can cancel at any time from your My Subscriptions page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access continues until then.

 

3. Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. By completing your purchase, you request that access begins immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the amount paid minus a proportionate amount for the access provided up to your withdrawal.

 

4. After the 14-day period, payments already made are not refunded, except where required by law.

 

5. Promotional prices apply only to the period stated in the offer. The membership then renews at the standard price shown at checkout.

 

2. Simulator sessions, licence revalidation and licence renewal

 

These services are coordinated by Pilotium and delivered by partner simulator centres and qualified examiners.

 

1. Bookings are paid in full at the time of booking and must be made at least 21 days before the session date.

 

2. Within 14 days of booking, consumers may withdraw for a full refund. We confirm the simulator slot and examiner only after this period ends.

 

3. Once the 14-day period has ended, the booking is non-refundable, because the simulator slot and examiner have been confirmed and paid on your behalf.

 

4. You may reschedule once free of charge if you ask at least 7 days before the session, subject to partner availability.

 

5. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 7 days before the session, and no-shows, are not refunded or rescheduled.

 

6. If Pilotium or a partner cancels a session, you may choose a full refund or a new date at no extra cost.

 

7. The fee covers the coordination and the session itself. The outcome of any check depends on your performance, and an unsuccessful check is not grounds for a refund.

 

3. Mock interviews and mentor sessions

 

1. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session.

 

2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, and no-shows, are not refunded.

 

3. If you book a session that takes place within 14 days, you request that the service begins during the withdrawal period. Once the session has taken place in full, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

 

4. If the mentor or interviewer cancels, you may choose a full refund or a new date.

 

4. How to cancel or request a refund

 

Email alican@pilotium.com with your full name, the email used for your purchase, and your order number. To withdraw, a clear statement that you wish to withdraw is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We confirm receipt of your request and issue any refund within 14 days, to the original payment method. We do not charge fees for refunds. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the amount.
