Who we are
pilotium.com is operated by Pilotium Aviation Services EOOD, a limited liability company registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Bulgaria under UIC 206778049, with its registered office at Beli Iskar Str. 19, fl. 3, ap. 5, 1504 Sofia, Bulgaria. In these Terms, "Pilotium", "we" and "us" refer to Pilotium Aviation Services EOOD. These Terms govern your access to and use of www.pilotium.com, including all services, programs, content and features available through the platform. By accessing or using Pilotium, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About Pilotium
Pilotium is an aviation career platform that supports pilots, cabin crew and aviation professionals through career programs, an AI Coach, mentorship, aviation services, industry news and educational resources. Pilotium provides informational and educational services. It does not represent or guarantee employment with any airline or aviation company.
2. Eligibility
By using Pilotium, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. User accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and take responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Career programs and educational content
Pilotium offers career, cabin crew and ATPL programs to help you prepare for your career. These materials are provided for educational purposes only. Pilotium does not guarantee airline employment, interview success, job placement or licensing outcomes. Results vary with experience, qualifications and each employer's recruitment process.
5. Mentor Pilot services
The Mentor Pilot feature connects users with experienced aviation professionals for guidance. Pilotium facilitates these connections and is not responsible for advice given by mentors, the outcomes of mentorship, or decisions users make. Please use your own judgement when applying mentorship advice.
6. Aviation services
Simulator sessions, licence revalidation and licence renewal are coordinated by Pilotium and delivered by partner simulator centres and qualified examiners. Each check is conducted under the rules of the relevant aviation authority, and its outcome depends on your performance. Services are subject to availability.
7. AI Coach
1. The AI Coach is an automated tool that generates responses using artificial intelligence. You are not communicating with a human, and responses are not reviewed by a person before they are shown.
2. Responses may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They are general guidance for career preparation only and are not official training, operational, regulatory, medical or legal advice.
3. Always follow your operator's manuals, your approved training organisation, your examiner and the requirements of your aviation authority. Where they differ from an AI Coach response, they take precedence.
4. Do not enter confidential operator material, other people's personal data, or sensitive personal information such as health details.
5. Your messages are processed by our AI service provider, OpenAI, to generate responses. Our Privacy Policy explains how this data is handled.
6. The AI Coach is currently available free of charge to registered members, subject to fair use. We may limit, change or withdraw it, or include it in a paid plan, with notice.
8. Nature of our programs and services
1. Pilotium is not an approved training organisation. Our programs are self-study preparation materials. They do not lead to officially recognised certificates or licences and do not count towards the training or theoretical knowledge requirements of any aviation authority.
2. Our ATPL programs are revision materials and do not replace a theoretical knowledge course at an approved training organisation.
3. Pilotium is not a recruitment or employment agency. Job and hiring information on our site is for general information, and we do not place candidates with employers.
4. Airline names, such as Emirates, Qatar Airways and Pegasus Airlines, are used only to describe the selection process a program prepares you for. Unless a partnership is stated explicitly, Pilotium is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these airlines.
9. Memberships, payments and refunds
1. Pilotium Pro is a paid membership that renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your My Subscriptions page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Pro members receive 10% off Pilotium services. For licence revalidation and renewal, the discount applies to the Pilotium service fee only.
3. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. Pilotium does not store your card details.
4. Prices are shown in euros at checkout. Each purchase is also subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellations, refunds and your right of withdrawal are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
All content on Pilotium, including text, graphics, logos, articles, educational materials and design elements, is the property of Pilotium Aviation Services EOOD or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not copy, reproduce, distribute or republish it without our prior written permission.
11. User conduct
You agree not to violate any applicable laws, upload harmful or malicious content, attempt to access restricted areas of the platform, interfere with its functionality, or misuse its services. We may remove content or restrict access if these rules are violated.
12. Third-party links
Pilotium may link to third-party websites, including aviation organisations and training providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and you access them at your own risk. 1
3. Limitation of liability
Pilotium provides its services "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilotium is not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, loss of data, or financial losses related to career decisions. You are responsible for how you apply information obtained from the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Platform availability
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
15. Privacy
Your use of Pilotium is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects an active paid membership, we will notify you by email before it takes effect.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
