Guy Gologorsky

First Officer at Vista Jet

Senior Flight Instructor at Atlantic Flight Training Academy

A Bit About Me

I am a motivated and professional pilot with over 3500 hours of total flight time, including extensive experience as a Flight Instructor. My background combines structured ATPL training with real-world instructional flying, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills within dynamic training environments.

Having accumulated significant Pilot in Command time and over 700 hours under IFR, I have built a solid operational foundation across both single- and multi-engine aircraft. My experience includes delivering structured lesson plans, conducting thorough briefings and debriefings, and maintaining strict adherence to SOPs and CRM principles in both the cockpit and classroom.

During my time at Atlantic Flight Training Academy, I have been involved not only in flight instruction but also in operational coordination, including instructor–cadet pairing, roster management, and flight duty planning. This dual exposure to flying and operations has strengthened my ability to manage workload effectively while maintaining high training standards.

My mentoring approach is calm, structured, and focused on building confidence through clear understanding. I work closely with students to identify gaps, strengthen decision-making skills, and prepare them for real-world airline expectations — whether that involves ATPL studies, IFR proficiency, instructor preparation, or transition to commercial operations.

I am fluent in English and Hebrew, and I am committed to supporting aspiring pilots as they progress toward professional aviation careers with discipline and clarity.
