Job Description
Etihad Airways offers a tax-free Captain salary starting at approximately AED 35,200/month (~€8,200), with total annual earnings reaching up to €235,000 depending on fleet, allowances, and flight hours. Additional compensation includes flight pay, housing allowance, and international layover allowances.
Captains operate across Etihad’s modern widebody and narrowbody fleet including A320, A330, B777, B787, A350, and A380, based in Abu Dhabi. The airline is currently expanding its fleet, creating long-term opportunities for experienced commanders.

Minimum 7000 total flight hours
