Vueling is recruiting First Officers for its Airbus A320 family fleet across multiple Spanish and European bases, with a planned transition to Boeing 737 MAX aircraft starting from 2026. The airline accepts frozen ATPL holders with a Spanish EASA licence and offers salaries progressing up to approximately €82,000 annually plus per diems and additional roster pay.
