Job Description
Emirates offers a highly competitive, tax-free compensation package for Direct Entry Captains, combining a strong base salary with flight pay and premium benefits.
Monthly earnings are based on a combination of:
Basic salary: ~AED 40,100
Flying pay: ~AED 7,200 (based on ~85 hours/month)
Total monthly income: approximately AED 47,000+ (~$13,000 USD) tax-free
In addition, Captains receive:
Company-provided accommodation with utilities
ORHousing allowance: ~AED 24,200/month
Transport allowance included
Full tax-free salary (Dubai-based)
Additional Pay
Flight pay: ~AED 85.5 per block hour
Productivity pay: Significant bonus for hours above ~86/month
Annual flight pay: Additional earnings depending on utilization
